We are seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Training officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs for partners/clients/employees. Key duties designing a Program, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions both inperson and virtually. The Technical Training Officer will also be expected to, this role requires staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is relevant and engaging. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, instructional design experience, and a proven track record of delivering effective training programs. Responsibilities
Develop and implement technical training programs and materials for
employees
Conduct training sessions in person or virtually on new technologies and
software
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is
accurate and up-to-date
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees needing additional
assistance with technical skills
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical training to
continuously improve training programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical
training initiatives with company goals and objectives
Maintain training records and documentation for compliance and reporting
purposes
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical training or instructional design.
- Proficiency in developing training materials, including manuals,
presentations, and online modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver training
sessions to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and other training tools to
facilitate interactive and engaging training experiences.
